Basic rules

• Meet in a public, well-lit place.
• Inspect the item and pay on the spot — not in advance, not through someone else’s “courier”.
• Chat on Kviko. If someone pushes you off the platform and toward paying in advance, report it.

Suspicious messages

If you hit a suspicious user or messages like:

Be careful. Those messages can be part of a phishing scam. Report the account to us right away and don’t close a deal if you’re not sure who you’re talking to.

You can report from chat and from the listing. If you’re unsure, write to support instead.

“I’ll arrange a courier to pick up the item, then I’ll send you the money.”

Photos and trust

Photos go through a check against theft from other listings. We usually catch copied photos before you see them. Suspicious listings go to a human review.

We regularly check accounts on Kviko and we also care about safety when new users sign up. Our community’s safety matters as much as comfort while trading.
